The BlackRock Center for the Arts is a hub for cultural activity in Montgomery County, Maryland. The 30,000-square-foot Cultural Arts Center contains a theatre, dance studios, classrooms and exhibit galleries. The lobby displays three earth-formed concrete monoliths standing vertically.
